We are located at the intersection of NE Ravenna Blvd, just 3 blocks east of Greenlake Park at the intersection with NE 65TH Street, where both streets come west under I-5 and cross right in front of us.
The Samaritan Center lives in the once-upon-a-time Ravenna Park Presbyterian Church, an older green box of a building with a brownstone extension toward I-5. Parking is along the west or Greenlake side of the building. The reception area is at the east or I-5 end of the building. Look for the green canopy over double glass doors, go down a half flight of stairs and Reception will be on your right. New patients should check in with the receptionist and present your insurance card. Both new patients and return patients should call me on the intercom phone in the reception area at the time of your appointment.
Exit I-5 Northbound at NE 65th Street exit and turn left under I-5.
The Samaritan Center will be the first building on your right as you come out from under the freeway. Straight ahead just past the old church, then right into the church parking lot.
Exit I-5 Southbound at the NE 70th & 65th Street exit. At the stop sign jog right then left taking you backk under I-5. Stay right on 65th, then right on Ravenna as you cross back under I-5, then park in the lot just past the old church on your right.
