Black Dollar Days Task Force
The Black Dollar Days Task Force serves the African-American and other communities of color in Central Seattle and the Rainier Valley. Founded in 1988 by the Rev. Robert L. Jeffrey, Sr. and members of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, the BDDTF has worked to bolster economic self-sufficiency for small minority-owned businesses through low-cost loans, entrepreneurial training courses, public gatherings, publication of the African American Business Directory (now in its 18th Edition), and most recently by sponsoring Clean Greens, an organic farm to market program bringing fresh organic vegetables to the inner city. Dr. Hall has served on the BDDTF Board of Directors since 1994.
