Greetings, I have settled into practice three days a week in Anacortes, usually Tuesday through Thursday. I keep my own schedule, so call me at 360-588-9470 for appointments or with questions. If I haven't called back within an hour, feel free to try again to make sure the page went through successfully.)
I have traditionally taken any insurance that will pay and plan to continue to do so, so long at the finances work out.
Any former patient requesting records sent to a new provider should email me with permission to release medical/psychiatric records to (name of new provider with address or fax number).
New patients wishing information prior to making an appointment are welcome to email questions or to call me.
Winter has arrived and the school year is well under way.
